| Description | Mike’s roots always have been and still are right here on the Eastern Shore. He grew up in Sharptown and attended Mardela High School. He knew several of his clients before they were actually clients. He brings a hometown outlook to his law practice, fostering in-person relationships with his clients. Most of his business clients have been relying on his counsel and advice for years.Besides handling his client’s regular business and personal legal concerns, Mike is one of only a few attorneys on the Eastern Shore who can handle not only a no-asset Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, but also a Chapter 13 partial repayment plan or Chapter 11 business reorganization. He is one of the very few attorneys in the State of Maryland who has gotten a Chapter 12 Plan, which is used by distressed Farmers and Fishermen, confirmed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.He brings that same personal interest to his tax practice.
