Soon after, Andie shifted her focus entirely to enforcing employee rights in the workplace working on anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour cases.Andie has successfully negotiated numerous high value settlements against private and government employers. In the last two years, she has participated in over 50+ mediations to the benefit of her clients. Andie has extensive experience in discovery and motion practice, in both individual and class action cases.In her spare time, Andie enjoys jumping fitness, kayaking, traveling, and spending as much time with her dog as she can.Andie is admitted before all Courts in the state of California and Federal Court.
