| Description | Brian L. McCullough is a native of Baton Rouge and grew up in Atlanta, Georgia before returning to attend Louisiana State University in 1998. Graduating with a business degree, Brian then attended Loyola University New Orleans, College of Law. Having faced Hurricane Katrina as a law student, Brian understands the frustrations of facing personal loss, not knowing where to turn for answers and having to work with insurance companies and government agencies fighting through a recovery. He brings that understanding and experience to the table when walking hand in hand with clients through the claims process to litigation. During his second and third year, Brian served as a law clerk with the Louisiana Department of Justice. After graduating and being admitted to the bar in 2007, Brian spent time as an Assistant Attorney General before moving into commercial litigation where he was involved at all of the various levels of complex litigation and appellate advocacy involving some of the Capital City’s most-publicized cases over the last several years. Brian currently lives in his hometown of Baton Rouge and enjoys cooking, Tiger athletics, coaching youth baseball, and spending time with his family, friends, and clients. |
