Jones was born in Mooresville, North Carolina and graduated from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2009 with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In college, Ms. Jones worked part-time for a real estate firm, where she was mentored and encouraged by real estate attorneys. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, Ms. Jones attended Charlotte School of Law, knowing that real estate was an area of law that she was extremely interested in. She obtained her J.D. in 2012 and was admitted to the bar in the same year. Once she started practicing law, Ms. Jones quickly realized that she wanted to focus her career on real estate. Ms. Jones’ background in business and finance enables her to understand the loan aspect and associated loan documents of a real estate transaction.In her spare time, Ms. Jones enjoys traveling to the coast, spending time with her family, friends, and husband, and pulling for the Carolina Panthers. She has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and is a member of Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina. Ms. Jones joined Bagwell Holt Smith P.A. in July of 2015 as a residential real estate title attorney. She takes pleasure in seeing the excitement of homeowners at their closings and finds it rewarding to be a part of the process that makes our clients so happy. |
