She also represents her clients in business transactions, including entity formation/governance/dissolution, buy-sell agreements, and intellectual property matters, including internet law and litigation. Mrs. Haefele’s prior experience includes the defense of insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters, including 132a and serious and willful petitions. Mrs. Haefele currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Chapter of Associated Subcontractors Alliance and is a member of the Construction Law Council for the Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange. She also serves on the dispute resolution panel for the Superior Court of California, County of El Dorado, and is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada. She frequently serves as a speaker at industry educational seminars. Mrs. Haefele is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, Northern District of California, and Southern District of California, as well as all California state courts. |
