| Description | Christa Diviney moved to the Emerald Coast in the 1970s. Christa earned joint degrees, a Juris Doctor and a Master’s degree in Media Law, then her Florida and Alabama bar licenses, and later The Florida Bar’s Board Certification as a Criminal Trial Attorney. Christa has extensive litigation experience, including over 70 jury trials in Florida’s courts. Prior to joining the firm, Christa worked for more than a decade as a Clinical Trial Research Manager for a panhandle neurology practice. For nine years, she worked prosecuting computer crimes and crimes against children in the 14th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office. Christa also practiced with a local firm in civil litigation including construction and real estate, as well as bankruptcy, while continuing to work with the State Attorney’s Office. Christa’s practice includes civil litigation and criminal defense. |
