| Description | Christine Lomas grew up in Orlando and holds a bachelor’s degree in art and master’s degree in public administration from the University of Central Florida. She graduated Magna cum Laude from the Florida A&M University College of Law in downtown Orlando. During her studies, she advocated for children who were dependents of the state through the Guardian ad Litem clinic, interned for the Honorable Mary S. Scriven of the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, and participated in advocacy competitions and the Women’s Law Caucus.Before law school, Ms. Lomas enjoyed a 20-year career in the print publishing, advertising & marketing fields. Some may remember her as the former editor of the Central Florida Lifestyle magazine publications. She also taught magazine publishing in the journalism department of her alma mater, UCF, prior to becoming an attorney.In early adulthood, Ms. Lomas was a young, struggling single mother, but for the last 20 years she has been happily married. She channels her life experience into the practice of family law and probate litigation daily by empathizing and listening to what her clients are going through, and working diligently to achieve fair and equitable resolutions. She is passionate about the practice of law, and strives to achieve the best results for her clients.Ms. Lomas is currently the vice-president of her homeowners association board of directors, and she has leadership roles in both the Orange County Bar Association and the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
