| Description | DANIEL S. WEBER joined the firm as an associate in 2014. Daniel represents insurance companies and self-insured businesses in civil litigation and transactional matters with an emphasis in defending construction defects, commercial accidents and insurance coverage cases. I enjoy working with clients to provide anything that they need. Daniel said. I appreciate the opportunity to offer initial advice while being prepared to adapt to any situation that may occur. During his time at the University of Alabama School of Law, Daniel S. Weber served as a Law Clerk at Simpson, McMahan, Glick & Burford. His outstanding performance and work ethic earned him a position as Associate Attorney once he passed the Alabama Bar Exam in September 2014. I have gained a great deal of experience in a short time, Daniel said. It is a real advantage to be able to draw on the experience and expertise of the partners who work here. Also while in Law School, Daniel worked as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court Judge Karon Bowdre. Daniel also competed on the Robert F. Wagner National Labor Law Moot Court Team, where he was the recipient of the Best Respondent Brief Award. Daniel is also a member of the Birmingham Bar Young Lawyers Association and Community Education Committee. He has also served as a judge for the American Bar Association Law School Negotiation Competition. |
