| Description | David M. Paul graduated with highest honors from the College of Wooster in 1985, where he received various academic awards including the Jonas O. Notestine Award, given to the graduating senior who has achieved the highest level of scholarship over the four year college course, as well as being inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. David obtained his J.D. with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1993. While at Pitt Law, David was a Law Fellows Scholar, an associate editor at the Journal of Law and Commerce, and the 1992 recipient of the William H. Eckert Prize, given for superior legal writing. David also earned a master’s degree from the prestigious Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Today, David’s practice focuses on medical malpractice, where he has obtained multiple significant jury verdicts and settlements throughout Western Pennsylvania for victims. David has also been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2015-2017 publication of Best Lawyers in America.
