| Description | David devotes 100 percent of his time to representing those injured in auto accidents, victims of drunk drivers, victims of defective products and machinery, those who have been seriously or catastrophically injured due to the negligence of others, and those whose loved ones have been killed due to the negligence of others (wrongful death claims). In addition to his work with McDivitt Law Firm, David sits on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the state’s largest specialty legal bar association, and is also a multi-term member of its select Executive Committee. In these capacities, David is involved in decision making at the highest levels within Colorado’s trial lawyer community. David is also the Co-Chair of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association’s EAGLE Committee, which works to ensure the laws of Colorado protect the rights of individuals and those hurt by someone else’s wrongdoing. In 2010, David was awarded the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association’s “Membership Volunteer of the Year Award” for his commitment to the membership of the organization. |
