Ms. Gladstein has extensive experience preparing and filing Inter Partes reexamination requests. Ms. Gladstein also assists in various litigation matters before the International Trade Commission and various district courts. Prior to receiving her J.D., Ms. Gladstein worked for Sensormatic Electronics as a co-op engineer, where she designed and implemented testing programs for Sensormatic’s commercially successful Article Surveillance System.Ms. Gladstein is licensed to practice in Florida, Virginia, the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She holds a Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL received in 1996. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University received in 1991. |
