| Description | Dominique Torsiello is an Associate of Pike & Lustig’s Commercial Litigation practice. Dominique’s experience includes representing individuals and business entities in diverse areas of litigation, including breach of contract, business torts, intellectual property, labor and employment, and fraud. In addition, Dominique has counseled clients regarding business entity formation, marketing practices and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining Pike & Lustig, Dominique represented individuals and corporations under investigation by the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Justice. Dominique garnered valuable experience representing clients in high-profile litigation cases. As an accomplished twenty-year equestrian, Dominique’s vast experience and knowledge of the equine industry coupled with her abilities as a litigator have allowed Dominique to successfully represent equestrian entities and individuals in various aspects of equine law including counseling equestrian professionals in liability mitigation and general business matters, as well as litigation involving misrepresentation, fraud, negligence, replevin, land-use disputes, equine insurance disputes, stable keeper’s lien and violations of Florida Agricultural Rule 5H-26. Dominique is admitted to practice in Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Tax Court. She is a member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Section, the Florida Bar Animal Law Section, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Craig S. Barnard Inn of Court.
