Education and Honors: Eric earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Arizona State University in 1989 and graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1992. Professional Activities and Experience: Prior to joining the firm, Eric was a judicial clerk for Judges Toci and Kleinschmidt of the Arizona Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Arizona Medicaid Planning Council, the State Bar of Arizona Mental Health and Elder Law Section, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), an organization which promotes improvement in substantive law, legal education and ethical guidelines in serving older individuals. Eric is also a member of NAELA’s Medicaid Task Force and Grassroots Task Force. |
