His past board memberships also include serving on the boards of DelRay Connecting Railroad, Strategic Energy, Ltd., Peak Sulfur, Inc., (a chemical company with operations in Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma and Wyoming), Peak Lime Company (a lime company with operations in Alabama), National Environmental Technology Application Corporation, Center for Hazardous Materials Research, Holy Family Institute, Pittsburgh Opera and Pittsburgh Catholic Publishing Associates.Educational BackgroundHe attended the University of Pittsburgh where he received his B.A. in 1969 and his J.D. in 1972.
