| Description | Professional Experience: From 2000 to 2006, Lee was with a law firm headquartered in New Orleans where his law practice was predominantly litigation, with an emphasis in admiralty, maritime, tort, and commercial litigation. He is experienced in handling a wide variety of matters including insurance coverage, maritime personal injuries, offshore platform claims, contractual indemnity disputes, vessel collisions, premises liability, toxic tort, and other commercial disputes that have involved complex multi-party litigation. In Louisiana, Lee also gained experience handling appellate litigation, successfully briefing and/or arguing appeals in state and federal court. In May of 2006, Lee joined our firm to work in the Destin office and since then his practice has continued to focus on civil litigation, primarily in the area of commercial and real estate litigation, with an emphasis in representing financial institutions in loan enforcement matters and litigation. Lee is a Partner and shareholder of the firm.
