Some representative clients include an insolvent HMO’s creditors’ committee; several restaurants and restaurant chains; a charter school consulting company; a non-profit educational service provider; a personnel services company; employers and employees involved in non-compete and trade secrets disputes; and majority and minority ownership interests in a variety of industries.In 2005, Mr. Williamson and Mr. Mantese published an article in the Michigan Bar Journal titled Minority Shareholder Oppression: From Estes to Franchino.
