| Description | Ivana Peric Laroche, associate to the firm, has devoted her legal career to the practice of matrimonial and family law. Beginning with an internship at a non-profit organization The Legal Project in Albany, New York Ivana provided assistance to victims of domestic violence in divorce, custody, and family offense matters. She then continued her training in this field during her years at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, and as support staff for Harvey G. Landau, Esq., with whom she formed a law partnership in July 2015. Her practice is limited to matrimonial and family law matters. Over the past decade, Ivana has been a passionate advocate for clients in roles ranging from those of supporting staff to lead attorney. She vigorously defends the rights of her clients in matters of divorce, distribution of property, custody, relocation, maintenance, child support, and domestic violence, counseling her clients as to the parameters within which their matter will ultimately be resolved, hopefully through settlement, but, if not, through litigation. Ivana received her B.A. in English from the State University of New York, University at Albany, in 2008, and earned her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2013. In 2016, Ivana received the 40 under 40 award through the National Federation of Croatian Americans Cultural Foundation, and was recognized as a Super Lawyers New York Metro Rising Star in 2018 and 2019. Ivana lives in Westchester County where she enjoys spending her free time with her family. |
