During that time, he also taught a legal research and writing class at a paralegal school in York. He began the private practice of law in 1992. He has extensive experience in the following practice areas: real estate, business law, creditors’ rights, foreclosure, judgment collection, wills & trusts, estate administration, and civil litigation.Through the years, he has represented numerous banks and other financial institutions, small and medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, landlords & tenants, contractors, real estate investors & developers, and professionals such as lawyers, doctors, architects, and engineers. Since the practice of law is first and foremost a business, he is always focused on finding practical, cost-effective solutions for clients.Consistent with our rapid global transformation to a digital economy, he is seeing more technology-related legal issues arise every day, especially in the area of data privacy/protection and cybersecurity law. Several states have data privacy laws, and Congress is in the process of considering national data privacy legislation.
