Pellizzari, a Rhode Island based firm, joined Stevens Law Office as Of Counsel in 2012 with more than twenty years of trial experience. Attorney Pellizzari, concentrates his practice in personal injury, auto accidents, wrongful death, will and trusts, probate litigation and landlord/tenant matters. While Attorney Pellizzari continues to maintain his law practice in Rhode Island that also serves clients in Massachusetts, he and his wife Lee, a North Country High School chemistry teacher, and son Benjamin, who attends United Christian Academy in Newport, Vermont, make their home on a small farm in Irasburg, Vermont. Attorney Pellizzari, began his legal career in 1988 as a member of the United States Naval Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps wherein he served as Defense Counsel, Trial Counsel, Staff Judge Advocate and Special Assistant to the United States Attorney. He went on to found his own civil litigation firm on October 4, 1993. He was appointed Associate Justice of the Woonsocket, Rhode Island Municipal Court in 2003, and served in said capacity until 2009 when he and his family moved to Vermont. When not practicing law, Attorney Pellizzari, works part-time as a registered critical care nurse in the intensive care unit of North Country Hospital, Newport, Vermont. Other interests include gardening, hiking and skiing. Attorney Pellizzari, is an ardent supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, serving on the Executive Board of the Narragansett Council Boy Scouts of America and is active in the Green Mountain Council Boy Scouts of America.
