| Description | Mr. Kelly is an associate at Fishback Dominick. Mr. Kelly prides himself on promoting his client’s interests through relentless, disciplined advocacy. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2019, Mr. Kelly is building his practice by working primarily within Fishback Dominick’s local government practice group. He has experience drafting municipal legislation and regulations, representing cities in code enforcement and compliance matters, and assisting cities in a wide variety of land use and environmental matters. In addition to Mr. Kelly’s local government experience, he also practices as a civil litigator and is immersed in trial preparation. Before joining Fishback, Mr. Kelly attended the University of Florida’s Fredrick G. Levin College of Law where he graduated cum laude. During his time at the University of Florida, Mr. Kelly served as research assistant to Professor William Hamilton, developing with the Professor the University’s Electronic Discovery Case Database, the first of its kind at the time. Mr. Kelly also served as a trial practice teaching assistant and as an editor for the Florida Journal of International Law. Mr. Kelly is an avid outdoorsman. Outside of the office you can find him on the water with his Black Lab, Gunner. |
