| Description | Keith E. Hartley is a lifelong resident of Orange County, North Carolina. Having earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004, Keith spent a decade in the automotive industry before pursuing a legal career. Keith completed his legal education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018, where he graduated with honors. During his time at UNC Law, Keith served as a staff member on the Journal of Law and Technology, volunteered with the UNC Law Cancer Project, and interned at the North Carolina Supreme Court for the Honorable Justice Samuel J. Ervin, IV.Keith was excited to join Maxwell, Freeman & Bowman in 2018, when he began practicing under the supervision of Homa Jay Freeman, Jr. Keith calls on his real-world experience, in addition to his legal training, to effectively represent clients in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and corporate/business law. Keith is supported in each of his practice areas by his legal assistant, Deborah A. Andrews. Deborah previously assisted Jay Freeman in his legal practice from 1980 until his retirement in 2019. Deborah’s competence and friendliness continue to endear her to the clients with whom she deals. |
