While a student at Penn State, Ms. Quirk worked at both inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities providing services to adults and children for young children. As a mother of Children with Individual Education Programs, Ms. Quirk has been involved in the IEP process negotiating, drafting, and attending IEP meetings for the past 8 years.
