| Description | Luke T. Mohrhauser joined McKee, Voorhees, and Sease after graduating with honors from Creighton University School of Law in 2009. Prior to that he clerked at the firm while still at Creighton. His undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University. He has past work experience in maintenance manufacturing and agricultural and paving machine design.Luke’s practice includes all areas of intellectual property, but focuses mainly on patent prosecution in the mechanical, electrical, software, and business method arts in the United States and around the world. It is through this process that he aims to grow companies’ and individual’s patent portfolios. Luke also works with trademarks, copyrights, and licensing. Luke is admitted to practice in Iowa and is registered to practice before the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office.Luke is an active supporter of economic development and growth in the State of Iowa. He is a mentor in the Iowa AgriTech Accelerator program, ‘a mentor-led accelerator focused on AgTech innovations’, and enjoys helping startups understand the basics of intellectual property. |
