| Description | Mario I. Molina, Esq. obtained his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School where he focused his study on commercial real estate development and transactions. During that time, Mr. Molina represented a conglomerate of real-estate holdings companies headquartered in New York City; dedicating his days to fighting code violations in administrative court at the NYC Environmental Control Board (ECB) and prosecuting inappropriate administrative decisions in the New York Supreme Court under CPLR Article 78 special proceedings. During his tenure at United York Property Owners (UNYPO), Mr. Molina managed several highly regarded Quitam False Claims Act cases exposing fraud and waste within various NYC public agencies. In 2016, Mr. Molina moved to Florida seeking to be closer to family. Mr. Molina’s passion for helping people and leveling the playing field led him to learn about the staggering statistics showing that unrepresented policyholders were being wrongfully denied or significantly underpaid by their insurance companies. Often times insurance companies would get away with this behavior because they would send a team of experts to justify the carrier’s plan to avoid responsibility for paying the policyholder. Only those policyholders that also hired a team to support them had any chance at succeeding against their insurance company. Mr. Molina thereafter dedicated his practice to representing policyholders against insurance companies that wrongfully denied or underpaid insurance benefits. ‘My goal is to level the playing field for every client that retains our firm. We meet the carrier toe-to-toe, eliminate every excuse for non-payment, and prepare every case as if it were going to court. My clients do not fear their insurance company. Instead, they feel and are empowered.’ |
