Ms. DeYoung is licensed in Washington, has authored two law review articles, and often serves as a speaker at professional seminars. These include claims involving environmental liabilities, construction defects, employment relationships, business and intellectual property torts, business interruption losses, professional liability, directors and officers liability, automobile and homeowners liability, and insurer insolvencies, among others.
