| Description | Mike Doversberger is an attorney in West Michigan who practices in the areas of business, real estate, intellectual property, franchise, and employment law.Mike began his legal practice in Mishawaka, Indiana and Dowagiac, Michigan, before joining Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge. He has represented both individuals and publicly traded corporations, has drafted and negotiated numerous types of agreements, and has acted as counsel to employers on human resource needs and strategies. He also has experience litigating commercial disputes, contracts, and employment claims.Prior to commencing his law practice, Mike attended the University of Notre Dame, majoring in business administration, with a minor in international peace studies. Mike then attended the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and was an editor on the International & Comparative Law Review.
