| Description | Morgan was born in Portland, Oregon and raised in Canton, Connecticut. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Temple University, where she worked as an undergraduate intern for the Philadelphia Public Defender’s office. Morgan received her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law with a concentration in Trial Advocacy and Litigation. Throughout her law school career, she worked as a Legal Intern at the Philadelphia Public Defender’s office, where she gained invaluable courtroom and litigation experience.Prior to joining Brennan, Wasden & Painter, Morgan worked with the Philadelphia Public Defender’s office, representing women charged with criminal offenses in a specialty diversionary court. She relocated to Augusta in 2016 after her husband was stationed at Fort Gordon as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) Attorney for the US Army. Morgan practices general civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense, hospital liability litigation, and general tort defense. She routinely assists in the defense of physicians, hospitals, and other medical facilities throughout Georgia. |
