| Description | Mr. Towne is a trial attorney with Swartz & Swartz P.C., joining the firm in 2013. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2009, and the Federal District of Massachusetts in 2012. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from New England Law|Boston in 2009 and his B.A. from Indiana University in 2004. While in law school, Mr. Towne was a participant in the Honors Judicial Clerkship Program, in the Plymouth Superior Court, and was the Managing Editor of the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement.Since the beginning of his career as trial advocate, Mr. Towne has practiced primarily in Massachusetts and greater New England, focusing in the areas of Personal Injury, including but not limited to products liability, medical malpractice, automobile liability, and premises liability, Employment Law, and Consumer Protection. Additionally, Mr. Towne has represented clients throughout the United States conducting administrative hearings in over 35 states. He has prided himself on a client-focused method of practice and is dedicated to achieving high level results for his clients both in and out of the courtroom. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and he has been a guest judge in the American Bar Association Law School Division’s, National Negotiation Competition. |
