| Description | Rich Zawtocki has practiced law continually in Arizona since 1985. He established Zawtocki Law Offices, P.L.L.C., with his wife and law partner Marie Zawtocki in 2003. He focuses on all aspects of personal injury law, including motor vehicle collisions, dog bites, slip and falls and wrongful death claims. Mr. Zawtocki also handles general civil litigation and both special education and school law cases. Mr. Zawtocki is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar and the MCBA Lawyer Referral Program. Mr. Zawtocki graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law with honors in 1985. He received his undergraduate degree in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame with high honors in 1980. He has previously practiced law with the Udall Shumway, Langerman Begam, and Goldberg Osborne law firms. At each, he concentrated on personal injury law and litigation. Mr. Zawtocki resides in Chandler with his wife. They have four children and three grand children. He is currently serving on the Seton Catholic High School Board of Trustees after serving on the Advisory Board for six years. He is active in community service organizations and has current and past affiliations with Valley Big Brother/Big Sisters, the American Heart Association, Little League and recreational basketball coach, and the Special Olympics. He also served as an elected governing Board Member for eight years with Kyrene School District. He is an advocate for all children and for education across the state. He enjoys volunteering at the schools where his daughters teach and where his grandchildren attend.
