| Description | Robert J. Ritacco is a Partner with the firm. He is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and has tried a multitude of cases on behalf of insurers and their insureds. He has argued before the New Jersey Appellate and Law Divisions, Municipal Courts throughout the State New Jersey and in Administrative Proceedings. Mr. Ritacco focuses his area of practice on the defense of insureds in automobile, homeowners and general liability claims. He, likewise, is often called upon to represent insurers in coverage matters. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Ritacco also performs transactional work inclusive of commercial and residential real estate closings, business transactions and contract drafting and review. Mr. Ritacco attended Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey where he was awarded the Centennial and Presidential Awards, both merit scholarships, and was a member of the Seton Hall Law School’s Journal of Sport Law. In the summer of 2000, he interned in the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey for the Hon. John J. Hughes, U.S.M.J. and received his Juris Doctor in May of 2002. |
