During law school, Shaun wrote an article for the Washington and Lee Law Review focused on the statutory requirements to become a whistleblower under the Dodd-Frank Act. This article won awards from both the Washington and Lee Law Review and the Association of Securities and Exchange Commission Alumni. Shaun also served as a Managing Editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review. Upon graduation from law school, Shaun served as a Law Clerk to Justice Stephen R. McCullough of the Supreme Court of Virginia. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Shaun also worked as a civil litigator, representing and defending the interests of corporate clients in contract and tort litigation. Shaun now uses this experience to defend the interests of employers in the workplace.
