| Description | Tamra graduated cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law, where she received the ALI-CLE Scholarship and Leadership Award upon graduating. As a law student, Tamra participated in a variety of experiences that provided practical, hands-on experience while strengthening her analytical and writing skills. As the Managing Editor of the Maine Law Review, Tamra oversaw the daily production tasks relating to article editing and legal citation. Additionally, during law school she practiced as a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic and served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Program. Tamra also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kermit V. Lipez of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit during her third year, and for the Honorable Beth Dobson of the West Bath District Court after her first year. Tamra was born and raised in coastal Maine and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maine, Orono. She now lives in the Portland area and enjoys golf, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
