Raised by a single mother on poverty wages, Vince is personally invested in combating unlawful pay practices and workplace discrimination.Vince brings a unique experience to the firm’s employment law practice. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2008, Vince spent the first part of his career representing employers at a prominent nationwide law firm based in San Francisco. Vince’s practical and strategic approach to litigation derives from his experience representing businesses.In 2012, Vince realized his dream of starting his own firm and representing employees as a sole practitioner. In 2015, Vince joined Stember Cohn & Davidson-Welling as Of Counsel after years of working with the firm on cases. Licensed in California and Pennsylvania, Vince expands the firm’s geographical reach and strengthens its expertise in all areas of employment law.Vince Mersich is a 2003 graduate of Penn State, where he received honors in political philosophy. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (and its local chapter, WPELA), and the Allegheny County Bar Association (Labor and Employment Section). Vince is regularly invited to speak at conferences and Continuing Legal Education events on employment law matters, and he has published numerous articles and book chapters in that field.Vince resides in Regent Square with his wife, Jennifer. When he is not advocating for employees, Vince spends his free time playing basketball. He is also an avid movie buff. |
