| Description | Barnes is a Huntsville native and graduated from Huntsville High School in 2006. Barnes attended the University of Mississippi where he graduated with a degree in History.Honored as a Merit Scholar, Barnes was one of the few entering students who demonstrated the requisite leadership and academic ability to receive a scholarship from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. Barnes was admitted to practice law in 2018. As an associate attorney, Barnes’ practice areas include trucking litigation, automobile accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and sales commission contract disputes. Barnes and his wife, Cappy, met in Huntsville, Alabama during their high school years. They were married in 2014. In July of 2019, Cappy gave birth to their daughter, Millie.
