Mr. Higuchi has also been involved with the firm’s general litigation practice, working on catastrophic injury and other personal injury matters. Mr. Higuchi is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law. As a member of the California Bar since 2006, Mr. Higuchi has represented a broad range of clients through all stages of civil litigation, from initial case assessment and preliminary demands, through the appellate process. During this time, Mr. Higuchi has practiced almost exclusively in the area of complex business litigation. Mr. Higuchi also has extensive experience in negotiating and preparing a variety of contracts and agreements arising in business and commercial transactional practice, in addition to representing both consumer and business debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. |
