| Description | Liliana Garcia Fisher is a bilingual, litigation attorney skilled in managing all phases of legal action from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery to the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal process. She uses her extensive litigation experience to represent clients in both English and Spanish and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Before joining CGA Law Firm, Liliana served as a Deputy Trial Prosecutor in the York County District Attorney’s Office. Liliana attended Seton Hall University in 2010. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish. In 2014, she completed her Juris Doctorate from Penn State Dickinson School of Law, the oldest law school in Pennsylvania. During law school, she was a member of Dickinson’s National Trial Team (competing regionally and nationally against other law schools) and a Clerk for the Penn State Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity (a fraternity advancing integrity, compassion, and courage through service to the legal profession and the community). She also participated in the Dickinson Annual Mock Trial Competitions, placing 2nd place for a defense team (1L) and 3rd place for a Plaintiff team (2L). In 2015, Liliana joined the York County District Attorney’s Office and began her service in the Juvenile Unit, handling cases in which minors are charged with a crime. After a year and a half, she transitioned to prosecuting adult defendants as part of a criminal court team assigned to appear before the Honorable Maria Musti Cook. In her experience as part of a trial team, she has worked on numerous cases dealing with many diverse aspects of the law including DUIs, white-collar crime, drug-related charges, cases involving domestic violence, and other forms of misdemeanor and felonies. Through the years, Liliana has handled countless jury trials, achieving scores of primarily favorable convictions on behalf of the Commonwealth and the victims of York County. During 2018, Liliana tried the most jury trials of all the attorneys in her office a fact that demonstrates her willingness to tackle challenging circumstances and advocate assertively for her clients. An advocate and supporter of the Spanish-speaking community, Liliana focuses her practice on litigation, immigration, employment law, and real estate law.
