Additionally, Matt is one of only four attorneys in Washington state admitted and qualified as an attorney and counselor of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims to represent people injured by certain vaccines. In addition to his clients, members of the bar and the judiciary have recognized Matt’s passion for justice and excellence. He served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Nina Gershon, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, 1987-1988 and the Honorable Alan C. Kay, U.S. District Court, District of Hawaii, 1989-1990. He received admission to the bar in California (1988), Hawaii (1990), and Washington (1992). He practiced law with prominent law firms in New York, Hawaii and Seattle, Washington.
