His estate planning practice includes preparing wills, trusts and other estate documents. He appears regularly in probate and other proceedings in Idaho. Mark has extensive experience representing the largest school district with its real estate purchasing and development work. Mark has created and acted as agent for hundreds of business that operate throughout the state. Mark serves as a Special Deputy Attorney General for the Idaho Department of Health Welfare. Mark is one of the founding members of Foley Freeman. Mark formerly practiced law in Michigan, where he remains an inactive member of the State Bar of Michigan. He is a member of the Real Property and Taxation, Probate & Trust Law sections of the Idaho State Bar, and the Real Property and Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association. Mark is past president of the Meridian Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Meridian Rotary Club, and he has served on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ada County, Idaho since 2003. Mr. Freeman received the Small Businessperson of the Year award in 2003 from the Meridian Chamber of Commerce, and in 2005, was selected as Man of the Year in recognition of his vast community service to the Meridian community.
