He has also practiced in the areas of general liability defense, premises liability, vehicle negligence, commercial trucking accident defense, wrongful death, issues of coverage, and first and third party casualty losses. At the law firm of Vernis & Bowling of Miami, McIntyre focused his practice in the areas of general insurance defense litigation as well as first and third party property and casualty claims, and construction defect litigation. McIntyre began his legal career as a civil litigator in Weston and practiced general civil litigation, business law, real estate law, and appeals. Education & Involvement In addition to his admission to the Florida Bar, McIntyre is admitted to practice before the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Calusa Chapter of the American Inns of Court. McIntyre was conferred a Juris Doctor in 2013 at Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. He graduated magna cum laude from Bryan College with a Bachelor of Science degree, honors in Political Science, and a minor in History. In his spare time, McIntyre enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, traveling with his wife, cooking, and supporting his favorite college football team, the Florida State Seminoles. |
