In addition, Jen has extensive experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association, JAMS and FINRA.Jen has represented clients in civil proceedings before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Trade Commission. She also advises clients concerning compliance with federal securities laws and regulations and antitrust laws and regulations.Before joining RK, Jen practiced in the commercial, competition and securities litigation group of a nationwide law firm. Jen also served as an extern to the Honorable Charles E.
