| Description | Mr. Longenbaugh is a native Tucsonan and graduate of the University of Arizona, where he earned his B.A. in Psychology in 1994. After working for a short time in the mental health care field here in Tucson, Mr. Longenbaugh went on to study at Seattle University School of Law. After graduating from law school, Mr. Longenbaugh returned to Arizona, where he has been practicing law since 1999. His practice emphasizes estate planning, probate, trust/estate litigation, and elder law. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Longenbaugh has also represented clients in a variety of family law and business matters. Mr. Longenbaugh is a member of several professional and community organizations, including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council, the Trust/Probate and Elder Law/Mental Health Sections of the State Bar of Arizona and the Northwest Pima County Chamber of Commerce. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Arizona as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Longenbaugh’s other interests include music, fitness, outdoor recreation, U of A Athletics, politics, film, slow cooking and organic gardening. |
