| Description | Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Amber Rose Morris relocated to the Carolinas to attend the College of Charleston where she earned her B.S. in International Business and minored in Spanish. After graduation, she accepted a corporate position with a national retailer and relocated to Charlotte. Her passion to help others helped her make the decision to pursue her J.D. at Charlotte School of Law, where she was a member of Law Review, Order of the Crown, and Women in Law, and served as a Teaching Assistant. She traveled to Tanzania with her Comparative Law class to study children’s rights and work in the orphanages and group homes. Amber is a mother of two children and is currently expecting her third child. She is a Custody Advocate Volunteer with the Council for Children’s Rights in Mecklenburg County. Amber enjoys spending time with her family, reading, running, and playing with her three dogs. She is active in her church and serves on the Counseling Board. Amber and her husband of ten years are active in their community, volunteering in their neighborhood and for the local soccer league. |
