| Description | Andrea Muroto Bilabaye is an appellate attorney who represents clients in a variety of practice areas, including probate, family law, children’s law, and personal injury. Andrea has extensive experience researching, analyzing, and writing about complex legal issues.While attending Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, Andrea received the National Order of Scribes Induction for Outstanding Legal Writing. She also participated in moot court, and was the winner of the Intraschool Mock Trial Competition and Intraclass Moot Court Competition. She served as the Media Alerts Editor for the WMU-Cooley Law Review and the Public Relations Chair for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Executive Board. Prior to attending law school, Andrea graduated from Loyola University Chicago with high honor, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. Before joining our Firm as Of Counsel, Andrea worked first as a law clerk and then an associate attorney at the Speaker Law Firm for several years. She left our Firm in December 2018 to pursue a teaching career at her alma mater, WMU Cooley Law School! While Andrea was an associate and law clerk at our Firm she worked on highly significant cases, achieving several victories and a published opinion in favor of our clients. |
