| Description | Ms. Mische earned an undergraduate degree in Economics at Wake Forest University and graduated with honors in 1972. Although she attended her first year of law school at the University of North Carolina, she completed her legal education in Charlottesville and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia in 1978. Ms. Mische practiced in Northern Virginia for over 30 years and now practices in Charlottesville and the surrounding areas (Albemarle, Louisa, Nelson, Orange, Waynesboro, Augusta, Greene, Fluvanna and others). She appears regularly in both juvenile and domestic relations courts and circuit courts. Ms. Mische is experienced in all aspects of family law including: divorce (both fault-based and no-fault), child custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution and settlement agreements. Ms. Mische has received an AV Preeminent Peer Review rating from Martindale-Hubbell. She has been listed in both Best Lawyers in Virginia and Best Lawyers in America.
