Probst is the newest member of our law firm.Mr. Probst graduated Magna Cum Laude from Albion College in 2013 with a B.A. in Public Policy and Sociology. He then attended and graduated, Cum Laude, from Wayne State University Law School in 2017.During law school, Austin interned for the Hon. Patrick J. Duggan in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He served on Wayne Law Review as a Senior Note and Comment Editor. His article, Go with the Flow: The Public Trust Doctrine and Standing, 62 Wayne L. Rev. 535 was published in the spring of 2017.Prior to working at Clarkston Legal, Austin worked for a large insurance litigation/defense firm out of Oak Park as well as a small third party insurance/defense firm in Novi, MI.Austin’s practice areas include estate planning, divorce, family law, and environmental law. In his free time, Austin enjoys football, fishing, and the outdoors. |
