| Description | I began focusing on criminal law in 2010, my first year of law school at Wake Forest. Since then, I have clerked at the Guilford County Public Defender’s Office, worked with the WFU Innocence and Justice Clinic, and received the CALI award of excellence in a federal criminal sentencing course taught by a federal district court judge. When I graduated law school, I searched for the right criminal defense firm to start my career at. I came to Roberts Law Group, PLLC, for one reason: I knew that Patrick Roberts would teach me more than any professor could. And that is exactly what has happened. Now my practice is dedicated to representing those accused of committing criminal offenses across the State of North Carolina. In addition to representing clients in court, a significant part of my work is devoted to legal research and writing for the firm’s most complex state and federal cases.
