| Description | Bianca Formisano joined the firm of Daniels, Porco & Lusardi, LLP in August 2020. She handles all areas of matrimonial and family law litigation, appearing on custody, divorce, support and grandparent visitation matters. In addition to matrimonial and family law, her practice areas include personal injury, civil rights and civil litigation. Ms. Formisano has also drafted and submitted appellate briefs to Second and Third Departments of the Appellate Division and the Court of Appeals and appeared for oral argument. She drafted and submitted the winning brief in Matter of E.S. v. P.D. 2007 NY Slip Op 01336 [8 NY3d 150] regarding the constitutionality of grandparent visitation which was unanimously accepted and affirmed by the Court of Appeals. Ms. Formisano achieved her juris doctorate from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and her Bachelor’s Degree magna cum laude from Mount Saint Mary College. She completed her legal internships for the Family Law Clinic at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Honorable Arlene Lindsay, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court, EDNY and Nassau Suffolk Law Services, Domestic Violence Clinic. |
