| Description | Bradley David Reeser began working at the firm in December 2015. His practice focuses on maritime workers’ compensation defense, insurance defense, 1983 defense, and appellate litigation. As a junior associate, Brad has already argued case dispositive motions in Virginia Circuit Court, argued two medical re-pricing cases at the Virginia Court of Appeals (resulting in published decisions), and drafted numerous brief products in the Eastern District of Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Brad has also defended institutional clients in administrative hearings before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission and the United States Department of Labor Office of Administrative Law Judges.Brad graduated from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law in 2015, where he competed in the 2015 Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition. Brad’s first real appellate experience in law school required him to draft, file, and argue a petition for appeal before a writ panel of the Virginia Court of Appeals under the guidance of a local attorney; he then drafted a petition for appeal to the Supreme Court of Virginia.Brad is licensed to practice in Virginia, the Eastern District of Virginia, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, where he is actively engaged in civil litigation.
