He has also represented individual EB-5 investors as they navigated the immigration process from conditional to non-conditional permanent residence. Some businesses that he represented and that benefited from stand-alone EB-5 investment include a hotel in the Texas Panhandle, a coffee distribution company in mid-town Houston, and a fish farm in the Texas Hill Country.Bruce attended law school at the University of Houston, where he became heavily involved in the Immigration Clinic started by former Immigration Judge Joe Vail. He also took advantage of as many international opportunities as he could, pursuing comparative law studies at Oxford University in the UK, McGill University in Canada, and the University of Kragujevac in Serbia.
