| Description | Bruce joined the firm in 1973. His primary practice areas include general civil litigation, especially trust, estate, business, contract, agriculture, construction and real estate disputes. He has successfully represented a wide variety of clients, and has developed a deep understanding of the issues our clients face. He also represents clients with estate planning and trust and estate administration. Bruce has served in offices of the Merced County Bar Association, including President. He has been an active member of the North Merced Rotary Club since 1974, serving as president in 1983-84. He has served as Merced County Judge Pro Tem, and additionally as a mediator or arbitrator in numerous legal matters. He has also served as Court-appointed counsel in conservatorship and trust administration matters. Bruce’s motivating philosophy is to help clients have peace of mind while navigating their way through the difficult process of legal disputes and other legal matters. He strives to put his clients at ease, knowing that they are well-represented in their legal matters. He is dedicated to fully understanding his clients’ problems and their perspective, while aggressively pursuing and protecting their legal rights. Personal Bruce has served in various community organizations and committees, including founding board member of the Vocation Industrial Clubs of America (VICA) for High School Student vocational activities, and on the boundary committee when Golden Valley High School was established. He has served as a Scoutmaster and Merit Badge Counselor with the Boy Scouts of America. Bruce has served in numerous positions in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, including missionary and Bishop.
